Do I need a house plan? No. Although it’s a great start, it’s not necessary. We can assist in any phase you are in.

What if I don’t own a lot yet? Not a problem. We can help "size up" the lots on your radar. Our Lot Assessment Service can discuss their strengths and weaknesses.

I own a lot, but I'm not sure what the next step is?   Great. We can make a site visit and discuss your vision. We can then discuss the next steps.

I’m not sure how (or if) I want to finance my project. We have a relationship with several local lending institutions. We can discuss your goals and preferences to point you in the right direction.

I’m not sure how much house I can afford to build. Great question. Let's discuss some generalities to get you in the ballpark. Then, we'll fine-tune the project to hit your magic number.

Do I need an architect? No. We have an in-house architect and engineer. We also know some local draftspersons.

How long does the whole process take? Though things change daily in this unprecedented time, it can be efficient. Some homes are being built in as little as 6 months. Yet, to always create the right expectations, 6 to 12 months is more realistic. But the timeline can depend on many factors, which we will discuss in our first meeting.

I want to get things started, but don’t know what to do?  That’s okay. It can be a complex process. We can identify exactly where you are in the process and outline specific steps to move you forward.
