Clarity. Craftsmanship. Confidence.
At Croatan Custom Homes, we build more than houses — we build confidence.
Founded by Austin and Timmery Kelly, our company combines generations of building expertise with modern project management systems to deliver a process-driven, transparent, and family-owned approach to custom homebuilding in the Outer Banks.
Every home we create is designed for OBX living — storm-tested, detail-driven, and built to maximize views and vacation potential. We keep the process clear, the craftsmanship high, and the stress low, so you can focus on enjoying life at the beach.
